How to Make Ginger
syrup
Ingredients :

250g emprit ginger
·
750g Sugar
·
250g Sugar palm
·
2 sachets of cardamom
·
2 stems of cinnamon
·
1 stem of citronella
·
1 Sachet of clove
·
4 glasses of water
Tools :
·
Pan
·
Knife
·
Filtercloth
·
4 Glass
·
Tablesspoon
·
Blender
·
Bottle
Methods :
1)
Prepare ingredients and put on the table
2)
Peel all
ginger until clean from that skin,slices some cardamom into piece,prepare clove,
cinnamon,citronella , then wash it
3)
Put ginger pieces into the blender and add one
glass of water then blend it
4)
Move smooth ginger into the pan and add three
glasses of water then boil it with medium fire
5)
Add 750g sugar,250g sugar palm,cardamom,citronella,cinnamon,
and clove ,boil it until boiled. Then let it cool
6)
After cooled, filter it twice
7)
Result of Water ginger boil again until boiled
then turn off fire and let it cool
8)
Put ginger syrup into bottle steril
